本研究旨在探討幽默感訓練,對提升企業員工之幽默感、幸福感、心理資本、與員工敬業是否有顯著成效。並探討影響員工敬業結果之歷程。研究對象為台灣某傳統產業集團公司接受教育訓練課程之主管120位,透過為期十一週之課程,實施四階段受訓前後問卷調查,總計回收四階段有效問卷96份。研究結果發現:一、幽默感、員工敬業、幸福感、與心理資本可透過教育訓練而提升;二、「幽默因應」與「幽默態度」兩向度對員工敬業有正向影響;「幽默因應」與「幽默社交」兩向度對幸福感有正向影響;「幽默創造」、「幽默因應」、與「笑的傾向」三向度則對心理資本有正向影響;三、幽默感可提升員工敬業與幸福感,但無法提升心理資本;四、幽默感會藉由提升幸福感,進而提高員工敬業。
