    Business has managerial talent showing great foresight. High quality human resources management is the way to attain high performance and a competitive advantage. This study uses documents, interviews, expert opinions and questionnaires to discuss management competence of the Taipei 101. Finally, we propose ways to supply Taipei 101 T&D, and improve managers' competence.

    職能導向人才培訓與訓練發展之研究-以台北金融大樓公司為例

    在人力資源管理中,教育訓練扮演相當重要的角色,只是訓練到底值不值得投資,如何培訓員工成為企業所需的資源,又如何與企業經營策略及目標相結合,成為企業在人力資源管理上的重要課題;台北金融大樓公司是台灣躍上世界舞台之標的,其組織結構在全台是獨一無二的,近幾年隨著員工角色轉變為策略型功能,希望能夠將教育訓練與公司策略相結合,發展一套切合組織與員工發展需求之訓練策略。因此本研究將以質性個案研究的方法,以「職能導向」的角度出發,首先建構管理與專業職能項目,依據所建構之職能項目運用IPA找出職能缺口,藉此了解工作者必須具備何種能力?或是應該補充哪些能力?最後再運用TTQS Cycle做為訓練規劃的架構。由研究結果可知,在教育訓練規劃時,必須要先評估職能發展之需求,同時得到主管之認同與支持,在組織間充分的宣導與溝通,在訓練需求評估時要以組織策略為本找出職能缺口,並且發展以職能為基礎的訓練發展系統,最後才能確保訓練品質,提升訓練成效。
