    本文以高解析度X光光電子能譜、反光電子能譜、共振光電子能譜及X光吸收能譜來研究Co-Al合金的電子結構。此Co-Al合金之Co 2p內層能階的不對稱係數比Ni3Al及CoGa為大。這現象表示此Co-Al合金之費米面的能態密度較Ni3Al為大。由X光吸收能譜可知在此Co-Al合金中Co原子的3d電洞數為0.7。
