The students are guided through simulations and experiments for the spectral filtering system and then implement the spectrometer using some technical notes and testing kits. They perform experiments and tests to verify and refine their works. A contest is held at the end of the course where the measurement accuracy and repeatability of the proposed systems are evaluated. This project has been used for two semesters, and both the instructors' and the students' feedback are discussed.Item High-accuracy and cost-effective photodiode spectral response measurement system(SPIE, 2007-02-09) Chang, Gao-Wei; Lin, Yu-Hsuan; Yeh, Zong-MuWith the rapid growth of optoelectronics technologies, photodiodes (PDs) has been widely used in optical measurement systems, color measurement and analysis systems, etc. To meet most of the measurement requirements, the determination of PD spectral responses is very important. The goal of this paper is to develop a high-accuracy and cost-effective spectral response measurement system for PDs. In this paper, the proposed system contains a grating-based spectral filtering module, an amplifier module, and a digital-signal-processing (DSP) based platform. In the spectral filtering module, a single-grating monochromator based on a Czerny-Turner configuration is first analyzed and simulated, and then the experiments are conducted to check if the measurement accuracy is satisfactory. In the measurement system, optoelectronic signals from the PD under test are acquired from the amplifier module and the DSP-based platform is developed to communicate and manipulate the measured data. Through comparison with the measurement data from a commercially available system, it is found that our approach gives quite satisfactory results.Item Multiple-Functional and Cost-Effective Liquid-Crystal Cell Parameter Measurement System(Society of Photo-optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE), 2007-02-12) Chang, Gao-Wei; Lin, Yu-Hsuan; Yeh, Zong-MuFor years, the technology of TFT-LCDs (thin-film-transistor liquid crystal displays) has grown very rapidly, especially in the market share and technical development of FPD industries. To effectively promote the industry's capacity for the mass production and quality control, it is urgent to design and develop LC cell optical parameter measurement systems. The goal of this paper is to develop a multiple-functional and cost-effective measurement system to lower the manufacturing cost for the industry. The optical parameters includes the pretilt angle, liquid crystal (LC) cell gap (or phase retardation), and twist angle, which highly influence the display quality. In this paper, we first study the past approaches and analyze their measurement performance. Then, a simple and cost-effective method is proposed to achieve the multiple functions. That is, in addition to the precise measurement of the three important optical parameters, the proposed system can measure the voltage-transmittance (V-T) curve. In our approach, the theoretical study, simulation, and experiment are performed to show the feasibility of the system implementation. Finally, the proposed system is developed to automatically measure the LC cell parameters. Experimental results indicate that the proposed measurement system gives a satisfactory result.Item Opto-mechanical analysis for confocal laser scanning microscopes(The International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE), 2005-08-02) Chang, Gao-Wei; Twu, Ming-Jenq; Lin, Yu-Hsuan; Liao, Chia-Cheng; Kuo, Hung-ZenThe confocal imaging has become one of the most widely applied microscopic techniques in various fields, such as biotechnology, automation engineering, optical engineering, solid-state physics, metallurgy, integrated circuit inspection, etc. Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) is primarily based on the use of apertures in the detection path to provide the acquired three-dimensional images with satisfactory contrast and resolution. The major objective of this paper is to analyze the imaging performance of the confocal microscopes with varying opto-mechanical conditions. In this paper, the working principles of the one- and two-dimensional scanning mechanisms in the microscopic systems are first reviewed and verified by opto-mechanical simulations. Then, for the imaging performance, the tolerance to the fabrication and assembly of the optical components in conventional confocal microscopes is also investigated by simulations. The simulation results indicate the importance of eliminating the effects of stray light in the microscopic systems.Item White-light interferometric profile measurement system using spectral coherence(SPIE, 2007-01-23) Chang, Gao-Wei; Lin, Yu-Hsuan; Yeh, Zong-MuIt is well known that white light interferometry (WLI) is important to nano-scale 3-D profile measurement technology. To archive cost-effective and accurate measurements, the researches for WLI are widely spreading. Our objective is to build up a 3-D micro-structure profile measurement system based on WLI, for micro-mechatronic, micro-optical, and semi-conductor devices. This paper briefly reviews related WLI theory and then the principle of spectral coherence is employed to improve the system design. Specifically, proper spectral filters can be used to extend the coherence length of the light source to the order of several ten micrometers. That is, the coherence length of the filtered light source is longer than that of the original source. In this paper, Michelson interference experiments are conducted with filtered and unfiltered white light sources, to show the feasibility of the concept of spectral coherence. The Michelson interferometer is adopted due to its convenience of optical installation and its acceptable tolerance to noise. The experiment results indicate that our approach is feasible and thus it can improve the WLI measurement performance.Item 一價銠金屬催化氮-甲氧羰基之1,2-二氫吡啶進行不對稱氫芳基化反應(2021) 林羽宣; Lin, Yu-Hsuan本篇論文探討使用一價銠金屬及掌性雙環[2.2.1]雙烯配基L3c及L11a所形成之催化劑,使用環戊基甲基醚為溶劑,甲醇為質子添加劑,反應使用1,2-二氫吡啶14及四芳基硼鈉15為起始物於80 ℃反應24小時進行不對稱加成反應,生成一系列3號位具有芳基取代的掌性1,2,3,4-四氫吡啶產物16及少量四號位加成產物59之混合物,混合產率18–88%,可單獨鑑定主產物16之鏡像超越值為60–96%。另外,利用掌性1,2,3,4-四氫吡啶化合物(R)-16af及(R)-16bf經雙鍵還原及去保護反應成功得到(+)-Preclamol [(+)-4] 前驅物17,兩步總產率為兩步總產率為27%及46%。Item 台灣期貨市場頻繁交易人對市場報酬預測能力之分析(2015) 林雨萱; Lin, Yu-Hsuan本研究主要目的為探討期貨市場中,頻繁交易人之委託單積極度與委託不均衡對市場報酬率之影響,而兩者是否在顯著影響報酬率下有顯著差異。我們以台灣期貨市場中的臺股期貨、小型臺指期貨為研究標的,先定義出台灣期貨市場之頻繁交易人,再針對這些交易帳號,以每五分鐘為區間,計算出市場報酬率、委託單積極度及委託不均衡等,探討這些變數對報酬率的預測能力。 根據以往文獻記載,委託單積極度與委託不均衡均會對市場報酬造成影響。我們將這兩者作為本研究主要的自變數,加入落後兩期的市場報酬自迴歸變數,市場成交量、未平倉變動量與波動度為控制變數,而市場的報酬率作為應變數,利用GARCH Model來檢視它們之間的關係。結果顯示頻繁交易人的委託單積極度與委託不均衡,兩者皆會對市場報酬率造成顯著影響。Item 大家電連鎖零售商的安裝與運送決策(2023) 林育玄; Lin, Yu-Hsuan家電市場在台灣的零售市場中,是很特別的存在,在發展60多年的過程中,從早期的生活必需品,演變至今的AIOT,智能家電、由實用性演變成家中的裝潢,無論外型、功能如何演進,不變的是他是對於人們生活中的重要性。在家電產業中,大型安裝家電的市場更有其獨特性,綜觀台灣零售的的發展,從原本的個體戶到連鎖量販,直至今日電子商務的興起,尤其從2019年疫情爆發後,末端消費者的消費習慣轉移,電子商務在台灣零售的佔比快速提升,但在大型安裝家電的市場佔比,電子商務雖有緩步提升,但整體來說在獨立店與大型實體連鎖上的市場佔比卻是鐵板一塊,幾乎還是有著壓倒性的勝利。 本研究以P公司作為研究對象,透過P公司在銷售大型安裝家電中所實際發生的案例,收集相關資料,從GFK市佔調查,到銷售狀況,以及目前與台灣暨大具規模的安運商配合狀況,從經營方型態、成本控制、空間問題以及安運,並加以半結構式的訪談,針對品牌源廠、實體通路、安裝工班,以及競業等相關人士加以驗證並分析個案相關資料。 經本研究發現,大型安裝家電在電子商務無法有效提高市場佔比的主因在於 1. 空間:大型安裝家電因為體積較大,對於存放空間的需求對於電子商務是一大難題 2. 成本:安運商的安運費用太高,對於商品的競爭力有所影響 3. 安裝能量:繁盛期安裝能量的限制,造成了電子商務在銷售大型安裝家電的天花板 透過問題的發現與訪談相關人士,經本研究整理後,給出電子商務在未來發展大型安裝家電,提高市佔的建議與做法,期望能有所幫助。Item 開發以多巴雙加氧酶為基礎的左旋多巴生物感測器(2021) 林育瑄; Lin, Yu-Hsuan左旋多巴是一種兒茶酚胺類的神經傳遞物質,為目前治療帕金森氏症最主要的藥物,因此監測血清和尿液中的左旋多巴對帕金森氏症患者非常重要。在這項研究中我們開發兩種方法檢測左旋多巴,在第一部分的研究中,提出了一種低成本的氧化鋅試紙檢測平台,提高檢測左旋多巴濃度的便利性,使用微波輔助水熱法在90分鐘內就可在試紙上合成氧化鋅奈米柱,氧化鋅可以放大綠色螢光訊號強度,增強對左旋多巴檢測的靈敏度,在475 nm的激發波長下測量537 nm放射波長的螢光訊號,與未經修飾的試紙相比,氧化鋅試紙生物感測器綠色螢光強度值增加了約3倍,檢測左旋多巴的線性區間為25-2000 nM,檢測極限值為24 nM,正常人血液中左旋多巴濃度約30-40 nM,氧化鋅試紙的檢測區間適合用於檢測正常人體中的左旋多巴濃度。在第二部分的研究中開發了一種新型的生物感測器,左旋多巴在SsDDO酵素催化下生成黃色的CHAPCA色素,在414 nm具有特徵吸收峰,只需10 min即可透過CHAPCA的生成對左旋多巴做劑量表現之吸收值測試,檢測區間為1-125 μM,偵測極限為2.3 μM,而帕金森氏症患者服藥後的濃度區間約1.26-12.27 μM,此檢測方法可以滿足監測帕金森病患者服藥後體內L-DOPA濃度的臨床要求。本實驗應用SsDDO酵素開發序列反應分析方法,對樣品中共存的多巴胺和左旋多巴做及時偵測。在這項研究中,所開發出的系統對左旋多巴檢測具有簡單、快速、靈敏且選擇性高等優點。我們也成功將酵素系統應用於胎牛血清樣品中偵測L-DOPA,證明其穩定性和適用性。Item 青少女哪吒的生活世界:一群「在玩」青少女的認同形構及其教育意涵(2007) 林昱瑄; Lin, Yu-Hsuan本研究從三位「在玩」青少女的主體觀點出發,呈現其生活世界各個面向的文化經驗,目的在於挖掘這群都市勞工階級青少女的獨特文化和生活方式,以及她們成為一個「在玩」女孩的認同形構過程。並且希望透過她們在學校裡被邊緣化的經驗,反思主流教育體制的問題,以作為未來發展勞動階級教育觀的基礎。 研究方法採取質性研究的取向,邀請三位被師長們視為「問題學生」的國二青少女,作為本研究的參與者。在資料收集方式上,我主要是採深度訪談的方法,同時佐以校外生活的參與觀察和文件資料的分析。訪談內容包括她們日常生活的各個層面,如愛情、友誼、學校、幫派、工作、家庭、休閒娛樂,以及對於未來的規劃和想像。研究期間從她們國二下學期橫跨到國三畢業。 在研究發現的部分,首先,分別呈現「在玩」青少女在家庭、街角社會、學校、愛情這四個場域,所生產的文化形式,結果歸納出她們有以下幾個主要的文化概念:崇尚霸權式陽剛氣概、以愛情作為生活重心、順服刻板的性別文化、集體追求刺激的玩樂文化、高舉反學校文化、步入早熟的人生進程、重視實務取向的知識、展現漢人中心的意識型態。接著,分析討論「在玩」青少女的認同形構過程,結果發現女孩們因為在學校得不到成就感,她們所崇尚的文化價值也一再受到抱持中產階級信念的師長所貶抑,因此她們會轉而取用她們所熟悉的階級和性別文化,建立另一種可以與主流文化相抗衡的認同形式,以肯定自己的價值。這樣的認同形式促使她們在國中畢業後,大部分選擇離開學校,進入職場,成為「新勞工階級」的一員。另一方面,她們也都清楚未來生活將面臨嚴苛的現實挑戰,為了避免落入孤身奮戰的處境,她們都打算盡快和男性形成同盟關係(同居或結婚),以共同面對經濟上的艱難處境。在這個過程中,抗拒與再製的作用同時都在發生。最後,研究者再根據她們的文化、認同和在學校所遭受的對待,提出學校教育所應省思的部分,以及未來從事反再製教育的方向。
