大數據分析應用於蘭花病毒檢測技術

臺灣為世界主要蘭花出口國之一,種類繁多,但因其觀賞性質,若受病毒危害會影響外觀、降低價值,會造成農民的重大損失。現今檢驗方法包括逆轉錄聚合酶反應(Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction, RT-PCR)、酵素連結免疫吸附分析法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA)等等,皆耗時、需耗材且需專業人士操作,並需採集植物檢體檢測,傷害植物本體,作為觀賞性植物,若傷害到葉片,便失去了其商業價值。本技術結合蘭花光譜資訊,以數據分析蘭花是否含有病毒,以非侵入式且無耗材之方式收取光譜資訊後,建立資料庫並作數據分析。目前以三種演算法分析結果,分別是貝氏分類法、感知器模型、支援向量機,準確率分別是57%、59%、64%,將來還會再提升準確率,優化演算法。
