蘭花為臺灣最大宗之觀賞植物,然其受病毒影響甚鉅,造成巨大損失。現今檢驗方法有酵素聯結免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)、反轉錄聚合酶反映(RT-PCR)、免疫層析試片分析法、磁減量法、生物晶片,除了耗時,亦須消耗許多耗材及人力成本,且必須採樣植物樣本以測試植物體是否含有病毒。本技術提供非侵入式、無耗材、快速檢測蘭花之病毒,採用螢光原理技術,由反射光結合多種演算方法分析其是否有病毒,與市面上技術相比,更省時、省力、環保、易操作、經濟,目前以高斯分析法可以做到88%的準確度,還須提升演算方法以達到符合業界的需求,本方法可以判斷蘭花是否有生病也足以證明病毒在植物體中,會影響色素的螢光,但其機理尚不明朗。
