本研究針對高分子弦震動式氣相層析感測器其核心高分子弦之結構變化探討,當有機氣體吸附在高分子弦時,會造成其發生質量與機械性質的改變,使得通過之正弦波的振幅強度產生衰減進而以電腦記錄觀察。本篇研究即是針對高分子弦結構做探討,使用聚乳酸做為高分子弦材料,針對不同高分子弦結構採用直接拉弦法與同軸電紡法來製作出實心高分子弦、實心具孔洞結構高分子弦、中空高分子弦及中空具孔洞結構之高分子弦。將此裝置串連於氣相層析儀上做為感測器使用,可以發現中空且具孔洞結構之高分子弦感測器相較於實心高分子弦與中空高分子弦,其訊號偵測有大幅躍進:將原本無法偵測有機氣體之實心高分子弦,在經過結構改變後,其偵測極限可降至2μg,故可確信此感測器在經過適當的結構改變處理後即可有效提升靈敏度。未來將針對此結構進行加工與改變,以期待有更好之偵測表現且有效提升其靈敏度。
