A Study of Professional Competence Requirements for Offset Printing Participants.

The purpose of this study was to explore the professional competence for offset printing participants. Survey questionnaire methodology was used in this research. The surveyed participants in this research were the managers and supervisors of the press operators in commercial printing companies. To analyze the result of surveys, several statistical methods including frequency distribution, percentage, and T-Test were conducted. The conclusions were: 1. Thirty professional competences within four categories were identified in this study. 2. Every professional competence item has been demonstrated that the offset printing participants must have these thirty basic professional competence items.
身心障礙者從事印刷產業調查之研究

本研究旨在探討大臺北地區印刷業雇用身心障礙員工的現況，以瞭解大臺北地區印刷業雇用身心障礙員工之障別及所從事之印刷工作項目。研究方法為文獻探討與電話調查；研究對象為臺北市印刷商業同業公會之全體會員廠負責人或主管。根據研究結果，提出相關建議。
