主要目的在探討一位六年級資優生,對於平均數問題之解題表現。本研究為個案研究,工作單以平均數問題為主軸,設計基礎題和進階題各五個題目,限於篇幅本文僅呈現三題,本研究運用結構式工作單晤談法蒐集資料,並以Polya解題步驟來分析資料。研究結果如下述:「瞭解問題」:個案具有敏銳的洞察力看到問題的脈絡與核心。「擬定計畫」:個案在看透問題脈絡的關鍵後,能夠擬定完備的解題計畫,有效的整合題目給予的條件以縮短解題路徑,並獲得正確答案。「驗算與回顧」:個案在解決問題後有反思的表現或提出其他策略,以回顧答案的合理性。
