護理師工作開心嗎?情緒失調與負向認同之關聯研究:以情緒耗竭為中介變項

情緒的議題廣泛涉及不同的領域,本研究關注護理師的情緒勞務,探討員工之情緒對組織所產生的負向效應,我們以情緒失調為前置變項,負向認同為結果變項,並以情緒耗竭為中介因子。本研究採用問卷調查法,以國內醫療相關機構之護理師為研究對象,總計有效回收樣本數為296份,問卷回收率為98%。研究結果顯示:情緒失調與情緒耗竭為正相關,情緒耗竭與負向認同為正相關,情緒失調與負向認同為正相關,同時,情緒耗竭在情緒失調與負向認同之間具有部分中介之效果。本研究認為,護理師相較於一般服務業的員工,需要相對高能力以處理自身的情緒問題,才能提供給病患良好的服務,同時,組織可以藉由護理長的關心與協助,與提倡職場友誼給予適當的支持,減低護理師之情緒付出。
