在此研究中,研究者欲探討以團隊層次及個人層次的團隊凝聚力與團隊認同感為調節變數是否能影響心理資本與組織公民行為之間的關係,藉此研究來了解團隊認同感與團隊凝聚力在工作場所的影響。研究結果顯示,在團隊層次及個人層次中團隊凝聚力及團隊認同感並不影響心理資本與組織公民行為的關係,但團隊認同感及團隊凝聚力在團隊層次及個人層次中都對組織公民行為有直接的影響。
