本研究由教育政策制定的觀點,檢視我國資優教育政策形成及發展歷程,及政府102年組織改造後我國人才培育政策之推動方向,以探究台灣資優教育政策未來發展新契機。研究指出預算資源不足、資優合格教師嚴重缺乏及評量工具不敷使用等現階段問題,並提出五項建議:一、融入重大教育政策提高合理資優預算編列,二、開設學科領域教師資優教育學分班,三、成立全國資優教育資源中心,四、擴展方案參與對象銜接人才培育,五、盡速研訂資優教育中長程推動計畫。
