闡述創造思考固然需要個人天賦,環境也足以影響創造力。身為教師除 了應具有敏銳的觀察力以辨識學生專長,敏感於學生的需要外,並應安排足以 讓創造力滋養生長的情境,本文首先探討幾個情境與創造的研究,並說明控制 、習性、時間、評量等常是阻礙思考力發展的因素,再則提出學生若能享有失 敗、改變、享受創造及等待之自由,將大有助於創造思考的情境。
