中等學校音樂師資職前教育課程實施現況之調查-師資生學習滿意度與授課教師之建議

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在瞭解中等學校音樂師資職前教育課程之實施現況,以問卷調查藝術領域音樂專長師資生修習中等學校師資職前教育課程之學習滿意度,並透過訪談瞭解《教師專業素養暨課程基準》頒布後,中等學校師資職前教育課程授課教師之相關建議,最後綜整歸納論述我國中等學校音樂師資職前教育課程之實施現況。研究結果如下:一、中等學校師資職前教育課程之開設情形1. 學分數以最低門檻之規劃占多數。2. 課程開設趨於多元,少數學校採跨課程整合規劃科目。二、藝術領域音樂專長師資生修習師資職前教育課程之學習滿意度情形1. 藝術領域音樂專長師資生修習教育專業課程之學習滿意度屬「普通」程度。2. 藝術領域音樂專長師資生修習藝術領域音樂專長專門課程之學習滿意度屬「普通」程度。3. 不同背景變項之藝術領域音樂專長師資生在學習滿意度上無顯著差異。三、中等學校師資職前教育課程授課教師之相關建議1. 教師認為學用落差的現象觀察是可被預見的,師資生仍需透過教育實習、兼課等累積實際教學經驗,從而獲取實務相關知能。2. 教師認為衝堂問題難以解決,需要學校各單位評估與討論,且不同的套配措施都有其優點以及需克服的難題。最後,本研究根據研究結果,對師資培育相關單位及未來研究提出建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to explore the implementation of secondary music teacher education curriculum. The survey distributed music preservice teachers to investigate their learning satisfactions, and interviewed instructors’ suggestions conforming to Taiwan (R.O.C.)’s policy document “Guidance for R.O.C. teacher professional competence-standard for preservice teacher education curriculum”. The results were as follows:1. The situation of secondary teacher education curriculumA. Most schools plan their course credits based on the minimum threshold.B. The overall curriculum is becoming diverse. A minority of schools plan subjects through cross-curricular integration.2. The situation of music preservice teachers’ learning satisfactionsA. The music preservice teachers choose “fair” about their education concentration courses learning satisfactions.B. The music preservice teachers choose “fair” about their music expert courses learning satisfactions.C. There was no significant difference between the learning satisfactions among music preservice teachers from different backgrounds.3. The instructors’ suggestions of secondary teacher education curriculumA. The instructors perceive the phenomenon of the gap between learning and application as predictable. They suggest that preservice teachers still need to accumulate practical teaching experience through teaching internships, teaching extra courses in order to acquire practical skills and knowledge.B. The instructors suggest that courses clashing with an outfit are unmanageable. It requires evaluation and discussion among various departments within the school. Because different complementary measures have their advantages as well as obstacles that need to be overcome.Finally, the paper proposed suggestions to institutions of teacher education and the future research studies.en_US
