陳垣歷史文獻學研究

Abstract

本論文以「陳垣歷史文獻學研究」為題，針對陳垣撰寫之專著與論文進行歷史文獻學中各學門之分析與探討，全文共八章，凡十九萬五千餘言。第一章緒論，第一節先論述研究陳垣歷史文獻學之動機與目的，是出於現今學界缺乏一統整性、概括性之陳垣研究專論；第二節確立研究陳垣歷史文獻學之範疇與材料；第三節對目前現有之陳垣歷史文獻學研究成果進行檢視與分析；第四節則提出對研究陳垣歷史文獻學將採用的方法與途徑。第二章論陳垣的生平與交遊，本章重點在敘述陳垣一生求學、撰著、交往、教學等事，一方面對陳垣生平經歷做出整理，另一方面推論生活境遇引導陳垣邁入學術之路之契機，以及對其歷史研究所造成之影響。第三章陳垣的目錄學研究，目錄學為陳垣為學、論學之始，本章先討論陳垣與目錄學之關係與連結，再論陳垣目錄學之研究與著作，而後分析歸納其目錄學之四項特點。第四章陳垣的校勘學研究，校勘為陳垣史學研究之基礎工序之一。本章先爬梳陳垣對傳統校勘學的承繼，再論其對傳統校勘學的開展；第二節分析陳垣的校勘學著作及校勘方法；第三節歸納統整出陳垣校勘學四項特點。第五章陳垣的年代學研究，陳垣在年代一學上最顯著的貢獻是編寫方便換算、查找的各式曆表。第一節先探論陳垣《二十史朔閏表》、《中西回史日曆》和《釋氏疑年錄》，三部重要年代學著作的寫作動機、方法和內容；第二節爬梳整理陳垣研究、著述中的時間年代專題；第三節分析概括出陳垣年代學之三項特點。第六章陳垣的避諱學研究，陳垣的《史諱舉例》是其避諱知識之集成，該書為學習、研究避諱學必讀之重要書籍，亦為避諱史上一總結性著作。第一節概述《史諱舉例》之內容及書法；第二節剖析《史諱舉例》的取材與引用；第三節梳理彙整出陳垣避諱學之四項特點。第七章陳垣的史源學研究，史源一學為陳垣所創建之學門，為雜揉各文獻專學而成。第一章先探討陳垣史源學之內容；第二章討論陳垣運用史源學之方法；第三章歸結條列出陳垣史源學之四項特點。第八章為本論文之結論，該章通論陳垣歷史文獻學之內容與架構，並總結全文，另一方面闡述陳垣歷史文獻學對後世學界、學者的影響，凸顯陳垣歷史文獻學的價值與貢獻。This paper is titled"Research on Chen Yuan's Historical Philology" and focuses on the analysis and discussion of the various disciplines within historical philology as presented in the works and papers authored by Chen Yuan. The entire text consists of eight chapters, totaling over 195,000 words. Chapter One is the introduction. The first section discusses the motivation and purpose for studying Chen Yuan's historical philology, which arises from the current lack of a comprehensive and general study on Chen Yuan inthe academic community. The second section establishes the scope and materials for researching Chen Yuan's historical philology. The third section reviews and analyzes the existing research results on Chen Yuan's historical philology. The fourth section presents the methods and approaches that will be adopted in the study of Chen Yuan's historical philology. Chapter Two discusses Chen Yuan's life and social interactions. This chapter focuses on narrating Chen Yuan's experiences in education, writing, socializing, and teaching. On one hand, it organizes the details of Chen Yuan's life experiences;on the other hand, it infers the circumstances that led Chen Yuan to pursue an academic path and the impact of these circumstances on his historical research.Chapter Three examines Chen Yuan's research in cataloging studies. Cataloging studies were the foundation of Chen Yuan's academic pursuits. This chapter first discusses the relationship and connection between Chen Yuan and cataloging studies, then explores his research and writings in this field, and finally analyzes and summarizes four characteristics of his cataloging studies. Chapter Four focuses on Chen Yuan's research in textual criticism, which is one of the fundamental processes in his historical research. This chapterfirst reviews Chen Yuan's inheritance of traditional textual criticism, then discusses his development of traditional textual criticism. The second section analyzes Chen Yuan's works on textual criticism and his methods. The third section summarizes and consolidates four characteristics of Chen Yuan's textual criticism. Chapter Five focuses on Chen Yuan's research in chronological studies. Chen Yuan's most significant contribution to this field is the compilation of various calendars that facilitate easy conversion and reference. The first section discusses the motivations, methods, and content of three important chronological works by Chen Yuan: 《二十史朔閏表》, 《中西回史日曆》 and 《釋氏疑年錄》. The second section organizes and reviews the topics related to time and chronology found in Chen Yuan's research and writings. The third section organizes and consolidates four characteristics of Chen Yuan's taboo studies. Chapter Seven delves into Chen Yuan's research on historical sources, a field he established by integrating various specialized literatures. The first section explores the content of Chen Yuan's historical source studies. The second section discusses the methods he employed in this field. The third section summarizes and lists four characteristics of Chen Yuan's historical source studies. Chapter Eight serves as the conclusion of this thesis, discussing the content and structure of Chen Yuan's historical literature studies, summarizing the entire work, and elaborating on the impact of Chen Yuan's historical literature studies on future scholars and academia, highlighting the value and contributions of his work.
