雙北地區私立科技大學學生就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度關係之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解雙北地區私立科技大學學生就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度之現況,並分析不同背景變項之雙北地區私立科技大學學生就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度的差異情形,更探討學生就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度之間的關係。本研究採調查研究法,以臺北市及新北市地區之私立科技大學112學年度(2023)入學大學部學生為樣本,使用立意抽樣方式進行,透過以研究者編修之「私立科技大學學生就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度調查問卷」進行資料蒐集。回收有效問卷共252份,問卷調查結果以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、卡方檢定等統計方法進行分析與探討。本研究結果獲致結論如下: 一、私立科技大學學生知覺就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度之現況均具有良好的程度。 二、私立科技大學學生原就讀高中類型、原就讀高中類科及原居住地與其就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度均無顯著差異。 三、私立科技大學學生性別在就讀動機與選校評估上有顯著差異。 四、私立科技大學學生入學管道及現就讀部別在就讀動機部分層面上有顯著差異。 五、私立科技大學學生入學管道在學習滿意度部分層面上有顯著差異。 六、私立科技大學學生知覺就讀動機、選校評估與學習滿意度,彼此之間具有正相關的關係。 本研究最後提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、私立科技大學學校及未來研究者參考。
This study aims to understand the current status of private technological universities students' motivation, school selection evaluation, and learning satisfaction in the Taipei and New Taipei cities. It also analyzes the differences in these factors among private technological universities students with different background variables and explores the relationships between students' motivation, school selection evaluation, and learning satisfaction. This research adopted a survey method, using 112th academic year undergraduate students admitted to private technological universities in Taipei and New Taipei City as samples. Purposive sampling was used for data collection through a"Survey Questionnaire on Private technological universities Students' Motivation, School Selection Evaluation, and Learning Satisfaction" revised by the researcher. A total of 252 valid questionnaires were collected. The survey results were analyzed and discussed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way-ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows: 1. The current status of private technological universities students'perceived motivation, school selection evaluation, and learning satisfaction all exhibit a good level.2. There are no significant differences in private technological universities students' original high school type, original high school subject major, and original place of residence regarding their motivation, school selection evaluation, and learning satisfaction. 3. There are significant differences in private technological universities students' gender concerning motivation and school selection evaluation. 4. There are significant differences in certain aspects of private technological universities students' admission channels and current division regarding motivation. 5. There are significant differences in certain aspects of private technological universities students' admission channels regarding learning satisfaction. 6. Private technological universities students' perceived motivation, school selection evaluation, and learning satisfaction have a positive correlation with each other. Finally, this study proposes specific suggestions for educational administrative agencies, private technological universities, and future researchers' reference.
