Abstract
本研究旨在探討國中體育教師教學反省的內容以及影響教學反省的因素,並根據研究結果提出具體建議,以供國中體育教師及國中體育教師師資培育機構參考。本研究採質性研究法,以一位國中體育教師為研究對象,透過為期18節多元活動設計之體育教學,蒐集國中體育教師所撰寫之教學反省札記,輔以深度訪談等資料,以內容分析法加以歸納與分析。研究結果發現:(1)國中體育教師教學反省的內容包括對學生、教師、教學、班級經營及環境的反省,以學生方面的反省內容最多。(2)影響國中體育教師教學反省的因素主要為學生因素、時間因素、教師個人因素與環境因素等四方面,以學生因素陳述居多。根據研究發現,本研究獲致的結論如下:(1)國中體育教師教學反省的內容具有多面向。(2)學生是影響國中體育教師教學反省的主要因素。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the contents of a physical education teacher’s teaching reflection and the factors that affect the teaching reflection. According to the results of research, several practical suggestions can be references for the physical education teacher and associations relating to physical education teacher’s education. The researcher adopted the qualitative research method. The participant was a PE teacher. The data was collected by depth interview and reflective teaching journals through 18 lessons of multiple activity PE class. The data collected was analyzed by content analysis. The results of this study: 1. The contents of the physical education teacher’s teaching reflection include students, teacher, instruction, classroom management and environment. The most concern was about students. 2. The factors which affected the physical education teacher’s teaching reflection were teacher’s individual factors, time, students and environment. The most influential factor is students. According to the analysis and the discussion of the results, the conclusions were as below: 1.The contents of the physical education teacher’s teaching reflection were diverse. 2. The student was the main factor which affected the physical education teacher’s teaching reflection.
