dc.description.abstract | 為因應未來的發展,企業結合生醫相關產業,發展為生醫集團,以團結為力量的概念,各自發展與生醫相關的事業,企業規模愈大,肩負的社會責任也愈大,對員工的照顧與體恤也應更注重。員工依所屬部門不同,各部門有不同的工作壓力及責任,雖然未來生醫產業具有相當發展性,但員工在企業中是否有足能量留任並付出,將影響企業未來的走向。本研究採取問卷調查法,研究對象主要是大中國際生醫集團的員工為主。並透過獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析進行研究假設驗證。 正式問卷調查時間為112年4月14日至4月20日止,其有效樣本數為238份。研究結果如下: 1.不同職位的員工對員工士氣有明顯差異性。 2.不同所屬單位員工對工作壓力有明顯差異性。 3.不同個人月收入的員工知覺到的主觀幸福感有顯著差異。 4.不同工作屬性的員工知覺到的主觀幸福感有顯著差異。 5.當「組織認同」越高,其預測的「工作壓力」也會越低。 6.當「工作投入」越高,其預測的「主觀幸福感」也會越低。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | For future development, corporates have become biomedical groups by connecting to the biomedical industry. By the concepts of cohesion, corporates and relevant biomedical business developed respectively, making great scales of enterprises. Enterprises hence have burdened more social responsibilities and concerned and cared for employees. Different working pressures and responsibilities of employees in different departments make promising developments of the biomedical industry; however, the trends of these corporates would be affected by whether the employees could stay in the corporates.By adopting questionnaire survey to test the employees who came from Da Chun International Biomedical Group and through the independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression, the hypotheses would be verified. The duration of the questionnaire survey was from 14th April 2023 to 20th April 2023. The effective sample size is 238. The results are as follows: 1.There are significant differences between employees’ job positions in morale. 2.There are significant differences between employees’ units in working pressure.3.There are significant differences in the perceived subjective happiness of employees with different personal monthly income.4. There are significant differences in subjective happiness perceived by employees with different job types.5.The higher organizational identity, the lower the working pressure.6.The higher work engagement, the lower the subjective happiness. | en_US |
