高齡者幸福感與活躍老化相關之研究-以長青大學和樂齡大學為例

Abstract
摘要
本研究旨在探究臺中市長青大學與樂齡大學學員幸福感與活躍老化的關係,藉由問卷調查彙整資料分析,以利意抽樣,共取得臺中市曉明長青大學以及樂齡大學學員429份有效樣本,所得量化資料採取描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析以及多元逐步迴歸進行統計分析。研究結果如下:
一、高齡者幸福感現況相當良好。
二、性別、教育程度、經濟狀況以及健康狀況不同的高齡者在幸福感以及活躍老
化呈現顯著差異。
三、高齡者活躍老化現況相當良好。
四、高齡者幸福感與活躍老化呈顯著正相關。
五、高齡者幸福感能預測活躍老化,並且以享受生活層面最具預測力。
根據上述研究結果,本研究分別對高齡者、教育行政單位以及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。

Abstract This study aimed to investigate the relationship between well-being and active ageing of elder learners who studied in senior university . In order to approach the research purpose above, the research is conducted by questionnaire investigation, listed the questionnaire of well-being and the active ageing with elder learners by documentary analysis. There were 429 questionnaires in the valid samples. The data are collected and statistically analyzed. There are thirteen conclusions as bellow: 1. The level of elders' well-being was ranked mid-high. 2. Four (including: gender, education level, health, , and economic situation) out of eight background variables were significantly related to well-being and active ageing of elder learners. 3. The level of elders' active ageing was ranked mid-high. 4. The well-being was significantly related to active ageing. 5. The active ageing of elder learners could be predicted by the way of well-being. According to the above conclusions, the research provides some suggestions for elder learners、the government agencies and the education organization for elder learners and the future study.
