桃園市國中學校政治文化之研究-以學生自治市選舉為例

Abstract
每年桃園市各國中學校都有個活動,叫「自治市長選舉」。而這選舉活動主要是希望學生可以透過選舉的活動與公民課程知識互相配合,體會身為校內公民的責任、政治參與的過程及有關投票選舉的相關知識。
本研究旨在探討桃園市國中學生的學校政治文化的形成,及其影響學生校內政治參與行為,反映在學生自治市選舉的狀況。範圍遍及整個桃園市,主要藉由問卷調查法觀察學生學校政治文化形成的因素與學生學校政治文化的特色,最後找出學生學校政治文化影響學生自治市選舉的因素。
本研究採用敘述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等方式進行資料分析。茲說明研究結果如下:
1. 桃園市國中學生學校政治文化顯著高於理論平均值,顯示學生的學校政治文化偏向積極正向。
2. 桃園市國中學生的背景變項中,不同地區、性別、年級的學生,其學校政治文化有顯著差異;父母受教育程度的不同則沒有顯著差異。
3. 桃園市國中學生政治社會化各變項皆與學生學校政治文化呈現顯著正相關。
4. 桃園市國中學生學校政治文化各變項皆與學生自治市選舉參與呈現顯著正相關。
The activity called "Student Council Election" is held yearly in the junior high schools in Taoyuan City. This activity of election mainly intends students to experience the responsibility as a citizen of the school, the process of political participation, and the relevant knowledge about voting elections via the election activities integrated with civics lessons. The purpose of this study is to explore the formation of school political culture of jounior high school students in Taoyuan City, and its impact on students' political participation in schools as well as how they are reflected in the status of student council elections. The scope covers the entire Taoyuan City. The questionnaire survey is conducted to observe the factors forming the students ’political culture and the characteristics of the students’ political culture, and finally identify the factors influencing the election of the student council. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson performance difference correlation and stepwise multiple regression for data analysis are adopted in this study. The research results are as follows: 1. The political culture of jounior high school students in Taoyuan City is significantly higher than the theoretical average, indicating that the students' political culture in the school is positive. 2. Among the background variables of junior high school students in Taoyuan City, students in different regions, genders, and grades have significant differences in political culture within the school; there is no significant difference in parents ’education 3. The political and social changes of the jounior high school students in Taoyuan City are significantly positively related to the political culture of the students in the school. 4. The political and cultural variables in the jounior high school students of Taoyuan City are significantly positively correlated with the participation of students council elections.
