Abstract

本研究採用質性研究,利用半結構式題綱進行深度訪談,並蒐集相關資料進行分析,以兩位已婚、育有兒女之大學女性校長為對象,以探討大學女性校長在事業與家庭之間其生活各面向之適應歷程及調適情形。 為達研究目的,本研究經過資料分析及整理,針對研究參與者之家庭、事業、領導風格∕個人特質、調適歷程等方面進行探討,本研究結果與發現如下: 一、領導風格特質∕個人特質包括有:自信、熱忱、沉著、冷靜、樂觀、負責任、果斷、具有解決問題之能力,以及謙虛、彈性、理解及親切等特質,同時也是好的聆聽者及述說者。 二、與家庭成員能彼此分擔家務工作,並能在家庭活動中找到自己的定位,幫助研究參與者能在家庭與工作間找到平衡。 三、研究參與者在子女年幼時花費較多時間在家庭中,而當子女成年後,其工作時間的比例則增加。 四、研究參與者會利用家庭支持和其他資源來解決在工作與家庭間所面對的困境。 最後,依據研究結果與討論,提出相關具體建議以供未來相關實務工作之參考。
The purpose of this study was to have a deeper understanding on two married women university president with children, to explore their adaptation methods between work-family. This study is based on qualitative research method phenomenon theory, by apply semi-structured guideline depth interviews and collect relevant data for analysis. To achieve the purpose of research, this study through data analysis and collation for the study of family, work, leadership style/personal characteristics, history and other aspects of adaptation. The results of this study and found that: (1) Leadership style characteristics/personal qualities including self-confidence, enthusiasm, calm, optimistic, responsible, decisive, with the ability to solve problem, and humility, flexibility, understanding and friendly, and other characteristics, but also a good listener and a good speaker. (2) Family members can share each other’s domestic work and family activities can be found in their own position, to help the subject of study to find balance between work and family. (3) Participants spends more time at in the family when the children are young, the proportion increase when children turn adult. Finally, based on the finding and discussion, put forward specific proposals for future work related to practical reference.
