Abstract

本研究旨在探討臺北市國民中學學校組織氣氛與教師專業發展成效關係之研究。為達上述研究目的,本研究以「臺北市國民中學學校組織氣氛與教師專業發展成效相關之研究調查問卷」調查問卷為研究工具,研究對象為106學年度臺北市的公立國民中學教師,共發放了636 份問卷,回收 413份,有效問卷共 410份,回收率約為 65%。問卷所得資料以統計軟體 SPSS22.0 for Windows 進行處理,採描述性統計、t 考驗及單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等統計方法進行分析,並根據研究結果提出結論,本研究依據前述結論,分別對教育行政機關、國民中學、教師及未來研究提出相關的參考建議。玆將研究結論歸納如下: 一、臺北市國民中學教師對學校組織氣氛的感受尚稱良好。 二、臺北市國民中學教師知覺之學校組織氣氛以開放型最多。 三、臺北市國民中學教師的教師專業發展成效現況良好。 四、臺北市國民中學部份不同背景教師對學校組織氣氛的看法有明顯的不 同。 五、臺北市國民中學部份不同背景教師對教師專業發展成效的感受有明顯 的不同。 六、臺北市國民中學教師「學校組織氣氛」與「教師專業發展成效」部分 層面具有相當程度的正相關。 七、臺北市國民中學教師「學校組織氣氛」對「教師專業發展成效」具有 顯著預測力。
This study aims to investigate the relationship between the organizational atmosphere of Taipei National junior high School and the effectiveness of teacher professional development. In order to achieve the above research purposes, this study uses the questionnaire of the “Research Questionnaire Related to the Organizational Climate of Taipei National junior high School and the Professional Development of Teachers” as a research tool. The research object is the public middle school teachers of Taipei City in the 106th academic year. 636 questionnaires were collected, 413 were recovered, and 410 valid questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate was about 65%. Data from questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 for Windows, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression Analysis and the like. The conclusions of the study are summarized as follows: 1.The Taipei City National junior high School teachers feel good about the school organization atmosphere. 2.The Taipei City National junior high School teachers' perception of the school organization atmosphere is the most open. 3.The professional development of teachers in Taipei National junior high School teachers is in good condition. 4.Some of the different background teachers in Taipei National junior high School have different views on the organizational atmosphere of the school. 5.Some teachers from different backgrounds in Taipei National junior high School have different perceptions of teachers' professional development effectiveness. 6.There is a considerable positive correlation between the “school organization atmosphere” and the “teacher professional development effectiveness” of Taipei National junior high School teachers. 7.The “School Organizational Climate” of Taipei National junior high School teachers has a significant predictive power for “teacher professional development effectiveness”. Based on the above-mentioned conclusions.Some suggestions were offered to the educational Authority, junior high schools and further researchers respetively.
