Abstract

本研究之主要目的在:(1) 探討資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理能力的相關理論與現況。(2)建構資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理之能力內涵構面。(3)探究資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理之能力內涵項目。(4)綜合結論提出資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理之能力內涵。 為完成上述目的,本研究以文獻探討及德懷術為主要研究方法。透過探討相關文獻及瞭解台灣資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理的現況,並依此研究者建構「資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理」的初步能力內涵項目。 為具體驗證「資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理」能力項目,本研究進行德懷術調查法,針對十三位業界專家及學者,透過三次來回的意見諮詢,建構出「資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理」能力內涵項目。此項目共有四十三個項目,分為專業知識與技術之能力、計劃和組織管理之能力、處理及應用知識之能力、分析與問題解決之能力、瞭解產業環境、政策與最新資訊之能力、運用資訊科技之能力等六個構面。 最後根據研究結果,研究者提出我國資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理能力內涵項目,並對我國資訊硬體產業研發人員技術知識管理能力內涵項目與後續研究兩方面提出建議,以供後續研究者參考。
The purposes of this study were:(1) to research on theory and the current situation of Research& Develop(R&D)department’s technical knowledge management competency in the information hardware industry(IHI), (2) to establish domains of competency, (3) to investigate items of competency, (4) to propose consist of competency. The methodologies used in this study included literature review and the Delphi Method (DM). Through researching literature and understanding the current situation of R&D department’s technical knowledge management competency in the IHI, researcher established the preliminary items for the competency in the IHI. In order to establish items of competency for the competency in the IHI, the three-round DM were conducted and it was used to collect opinions from divergence to convergence by 13 expertsconsisted of 2 professors, 11 engineers. According to the above processes, the 43 sets of items had been produced, and distributed its into 6 domains competency: 「professional knowledge and technology」、「planning and organization management」、「deal with and applying knowledge」、「analyzing and problem solving」、「understanding the environment、policy and newest information」、「use of information technology」. In finally, researcher proposed consists of competency for the R&D department’s technical knowledge management competency in the IHI, and provided some suggestions to follow-up studies in the future.
