中高齡者參與讀書會學習對成功老化的影響

Abstract

本研究是中高齡者參與讀書會學習對成功老化的影響，研究目的以探討中高齡參與讀書會的活動學習，中高齡參與讀書會的社會互動。探討內容是成功老化相關概念、中高齡學習相關研究、讀書會相關研究，高齡學習與成功老化。本研究以質性研究的觀察法、訪談法、焦點訪談法進行蒐集資料。研究對象是南港樂齡學習中心，55歲以上的讀書會18位成員，依據訪談資料整理與分析，獲致研究結論。依據研究結論:1.讀書會成員的成效;閱讀書本撫慰心靈，可以排除負面情緒。2.讀書會活動的發現;課程幫助生活調適，有正向的學習成長。3.讀書會有助益老化;讀書會心智的學習、讀書會社會的學習、讀書會表達的學習、讀書會團體的學習。基於研究結論，本研究對樂齡學習中心讀書會提出建議，期盼未來對樂齡學習中心讀書會的運作有所幫助。

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of participation in study group on successful aging for the older adults. The purpose also tried to explore the activity learning and social interaction of the older adults participating in study group.The literature discusses research on successful aging, research on older adults learning, research on study group, learning at advanced age and successful aging. The research object is the Nangang Senior Citizens Learning Center, consisted of 18 older adults who participate the study group over 55 years of age. Data are collected by observational method, interview method and focus interview method of qualitative research, after coding and analysis, yielded the following results:1. The impact of the study group members; study group soothes the soul and can eliminate negative emotions.2. Discovery of study group activities; the curriculum helps in life adjustment and positive learning growth.3. Reading will help aging; study group mental learning, study group social learning, study group expression learning, study group group learning.Based on the above research findings, this thesis suggestions on the Aging Learning Resource Center, we also look forward to the remarkable operation and achievements of the Aging Learning Resource Center activity.
