廣播電台網站創新服務之研究—以「法國廣播電台」網站內容為例

Abstract
網際網路發展已經超過十年,隨著網路環境的成熟與科技進步,上網人數遽增,造成網路逐漸演化進入一個強調使用者共同參與且建構網路內容的Web 2.0新世代。本研究旨在探討廣播電台網站之創新服務內容,首先採用內容分析法,瞭解「法國廣播電台」網站提供之服務內容現況,以及各網站服務內容之差異;再透過深度訪談法,藉由國內專家學者、廣播電台網站經營者及網路科技研究人員的看法,提出對廣播電台網站創新服務內容之建議,據此做成結論,並對廣播電台網站經營者、主管機關,及後續研究者提供相關建議。綜合研究結果,本論文提出五項研究結論:
1.「法國廣播電台」各網站服務內容以「虛擬訊息空間」與「虛擬交易空間」提供比例最高,「虛擬溝通空間」提供比例最低。
2.「法國廣播電台」各網站服務內容以「虛擬訊息空間」與「虛擬交易空間」差異最小,「Web 2.0應用平台」差異最大。
3. 「法國廣播電台」網站善用網路新科技,發展出各具特色的廣播電台網站服務內容。
4. 以使用者為中心的Web 2.0概念,在廣播電台網站服務內容和互動性方面,可以提昇市場競爭力,並且能鞏固忠誠的聽眾。
5. 「內容為王」是廣播電台網站創新服務成功不敗的定律。
The internet has been developing for over ten years. With the cyber environment getting more mature, the advancement of technologies, and the continual growth in the number of users, the internet has evolved into a new era that emphasizes on users co-constructing the cyber contents—Web 2.0. The point of this research is to find out the innovative services of radio website. The first research method is to analyze the website content of RadioFrance. The second research method is to interview radio website managers and professional experts. The information obtained by these approaches will be used to analyze and construct a conclusion and suggestions for the improvement of Taiwan radio websites. The research results are as follows : 1. The content of RadioFrance website serves "virtual information space" and "virtual transaction space" the highest in ratio. "Virtual communication space" serves the lowest ratio. 2. "Virtual information space" and "virtual transaction space" was the minimum diversity for the website of RadioFrance, and "the platform of Web 2.0" was the biggest. 3. RadioFrance website has employed new internet technologies and had developed into distinctive contents on its website. 4. It is clear that with the user-centered concept, Web 2.0 increases the diversity of radio, in both contents and interactions, and has the potential to promote competitiveness and maintain loyal listeners. 5. The “content” is the key to success for innovative services of radio websites.
