臺北市立國民小學游泳代表隊組訓現況與阻礙因素之研究

Abstract

本研究目的在於探討臺北市立國民小學游泳代表隊組訓現況與阻礙因素之研究。研究採問卷調查法，對象為101學年度臺北市立國民小學游泳代表隊之相關行政和體育主管。以自編之「臺北市立國民小學游泳代表隊組訓現況與阻礙因素調查問卷」，內容包括基本資料、游泳代表隊組訓現況、游泳代表隊組訓阻礙因素之可行解決策略三部份，以描述性統計進行資料處理分析。主要結果發現如下: 一、游泳代表隊組訓現況：臺北市立國民小學游泳代表隊成立的原因主要為學校設備齊全，其次是學校老師或教練爭取而成立。游泳代表隊經費由校隊家長組成後援會贊助為主。由學校指定擔任游泳代表隊教練較多，而選手來源方式則為學生自動報名最多。 二、游泳代表隊組訓阻礙因素：臺北市立國民小學游泳代表隊組訓阻礙因素之影響大小程度依序為「訓練經費不足」、「缺乏專業教練人才」、「招生困難」等阻礙因素排列。 三、游泳代表隊組訓阻礙因素之可行解決策略:依據各學校所填答的阻礙因素選項不同中，影響最大的是訓練經費不足，而可行解決策略為校隊家長組成後援會贊助最多，其次是以缺乏專業教練人才為阻礙因素的第二多，在可行解決策略裡，是由學校爭取專業游泳教練人才為較多。而招生困難這部份則是可以增加游泳教學：舉辦校內游泳比賽作為可行解決策略。

The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and obstacles of swimming teams in Taipei municipal elementary schools. The data is collected by questionnaire survey from the objectives: the related PE administrators and the directors in Taipei municipal elementary schools in 2012. The questionnaire is designed with three parts: the general information, the current situation of swimming teams, and the obstacles of swimming teams, which analyzed and presented by the descriptive statistics. Four findings are listed below:1. The current situation of swimming teams: the swimming teams in Taipei municipal schools are grouped for two main reasons. One is because the complete swimming construction and the other is the striving for the team grouping by the teachers or coaches. The outlay is mainly supported by the parent association. The swimmers are mostly assembled from students’ sign up and the coaches are designated by the school administration. 2. The obstacles of swimming teams: the effects of obstacles are ordered from “serious” to “less serious.” They are the shortage of the outlay, the lack of the professional coach, and the difficulty of assembling. The practicable solutions for the obstacles: (1) The shortage of the outlay can be solved by the support and donation from the parent association. (2) The problem solving of the lack of the professional coaches relies on schools’ striving for the specialized coaches. (3) The difficulty of assembling can be solved by holding the swimming competition in schools.
