大學與社區互動關係之研究－以元智大學為例

Abstract

研究大學與社區互動關係的相關議題時，首先面對的就是雙方的需要是什麼？有什麼資源可以互相「交換」。根據文獻探討可知，社區的資源有人力資源、物力資源、財力資源、文物資源及社團資源等五項，而大學可提供社區運用的資源也有人力資源、物力資源及知識資源等三項；這些社區資源可以提高學習效果、豐富教學品質、促進校務發展及帶動社區進步，學校資源則可協助社區總體營造、傳遞清新活力的正向教育價值、提供終身學習的優良師資、並使資源互惠共利等教育功能。因此，如果大學與社區能夠建立優質的互動關係，則雙方將共享資源，彼此雙贏。 經過本文的分析，發現我國大學仍扮演資源供給者的角色，大學和社區在互動的過程中，對地方經濟、生活和文化發展具有重大的影響力。 本研究主要發現如下： 一、大學應視社區為可運用的資源，並朝向互為生命共同體的關係努力。 二、溝通不良是影響大學與社區互動的最大因素，應從增進雙方瞭解著手。 三、社區對大學的需求集中於資源分享方面。 四、充份溝通、資源共享、全方位服務是大學與社區建立良好互動關係的最佳策略。其具體作法有： （一）大學與社區應進行充分瞭解的溝通 （二）大學與社區應建立感同身受的參與關係 （三）大學與社區應建立互利的資源共享關係 （四）大學與社區應建立作夥伴的關係 （五）大學應對社區提供全方位的服務 五、要建構與社區優質的互動關係，大學必須朝著以下六大方向來努力： （一）應持續增進社區溝通，以建立相互信賴的信念 （二）建構以服務學習為主軸的大學社區化。 （三）推動以終身教育為目標的社區學校化。 （四）應自許成為地方精緻文化的催生者 （五）發展大學與社區資源互惠互享、共存共榮的願景。 （六）邁向生命共同體型態的大學城目標 【關鍵字】大學、社區、互動關係Abstract The first issue we face when doing the research on interaction relations between university and community is the demands from both sides. Are there any resources allowed to "exchange"? According to the literature documents, there are five resources in community, which include human resources, material resources, financial resources, cultural resources and knowledged resources. As we know, the university may provide the useful resources to community as well, for example, the human resources, the material resources and the knowledged resources. The community resources may enhance the study effects, enrich the education quality, promote the development of school affairs and lead progress of the community. The university resources may robust the community structure, promote the educated value, provide the excellent faculty for a lifelong study, and share the benefits with the neighboring communities. Therefore, if the university and the community can establish high quality interaction relations, both sides can share resources and get a win-win solution.

In the research, it found out that the universities in Taiwan play a significant role to the development of economic, living, and culture locally. University can not exist without the community, and community also can not ignore the presence of the university. The university is an epitome of the sociality, and it takes the responsibilities to the transmissive and innoval function of the social culture. If school and community can establish the good relations, it may establish the win-win life circle remarkably and the higher quality goal continuously.

The research mainly found; 1.The university shall regard the local community as a usable resources and work on toward a better life-sharing relationship. 2.Bad communication is the major factor affects the interaction relations between university and community. 3.The demand of communities to universities mainly focus on resource sharing. 4.Five strategies to establish a better interaction relations between university and community; (1)Sufficient communication (2)Participation and devotion to the activities (3)Resource sharing (4)Sharing partnership (5)Provide Community an overall services 5.Six directions suggest to be followed in order to have a good interaction relations between the university and the community; (1) Continuous communication to establish the trust in-between. (2) Constructing Service-Learning structure to make university communalized. (3) Promoting community to schoolize. (4) Catalyzing dedicated culture locally. (5) Developing a vision of mutual benefits and sharing. (6) Establishing an university-community as an overall target.
