高中校園體育活動推展之探討-以臺北市某公立高中為例

Abstract

摘要 本研究旨在探討臺北市文山區某公立高中,學校校園體育活動推動之情形,從現況、需求及面臨的困難進行分析,擬定辦理更具成效的體育活動,以供日後學校體育活動推展與策略擬定之參考。經由蒐集與分析學校歷年體育活動資料、以自編問卷訪談,實施線上系統調查,總計得到學生人數1,104份有效問卷,及訪談教師6人,研究結果為:一、男女學生參與體育活動,以籃球參與情形最高,在游泳和田徑競賽方面較低;二、各項體育活動需求方面,希望能在場地、活動方式、賽程、比賽時程及獎勵制度做改善;三、推展體育活動阻礙因素及困難:對於學生參與校園體育活動所產生的阻礙,造成後續不參與活動原因,包含學校設備過於老舊、時間無法配合、運動技能不足等因素,阻礙參與體育活動的意願;教師則認為賽程編排是最常要協調的問題,需考量學生參賽時間及裁判的安排。解決策略方向包含行政面的溝通協調透過會議與提案方式解決賽程問題;透過參與體育活動的參與意願改進熱門的體育活動場地設備、舉辦多元化的體育活動形式、適當地規劃辦理時程、提高獎勵制度等方式。
The study investigated the conducted physical activity promotion on a municipal high in Taipei city, Wenshan district. By analyzing the status, demand, and the difficulty for conducting more effective activities, the promotional strategy on campus physical activity could be extracted. Questionnaires were used for data collection. Surveying with online system, totally 1,104 valid questionnaires from students were collected. Moreover, 6 teachers were also interviewed. Results: 1. Students (male and female) participated basketball the most, and not many students participated swimming and athletics. 2. The demands of physical activity were to improve the court, activity, time, competition schedule, and reward. 3. Obstacles that made students running out of the physical activity included: old facilities, inappropriate timetable, without good exercise skill. Besides, teachers thought that race competition schedule arrangement was problematic issue and it was need to be coordinated by taking student’s timetable and referee arrangement into account. Finally, promotional strategy was proposed from the discussion of the study.
