dc.description.abstract台灣自從開放引進聘僱移工以來已逐漸填補本國勞動力的缺口,不論是製造業或營造業、養護機構、家庭幫傭及看護工等各工作領域都能證明移工在台灣的勞動力市場扮演非常重要的角色。尤其是越南產業移工近期的增長比例相當高,因此與他們有關的議題一直獲得相當程度之重視,其中的議題就包括外籍移工本身及雇主都很重視移工學習華語的重要性,同時在學習過程中也遇到不少困境。有鑑於此,本研究的目的在於找出與分析雙北地區外籍移工學習華語需要克服的困難,同時提出適宜的改善方案。此外,本研究以問卷調查法及半結構式訪談法,針對目前居留地為雙北地區的移工學習華語的情況來進行調查,訪談了雇主及華語能力等級不同的學習者並記錄下相關內容以及他們的寶貴建議。接著,依據他們對工作及生活上需要溝通的需求而設計一套共十課實用的中級華語教材,並實際呈現兩課之教材與進行試教。最後根據研究結果與試教後的回饋,發展出適合越南產業移工學習華語計畫與課程運作模式。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSince Taiwan opened for the recruitment of migrant workers, it has gradually filled the gap of sectoral labor shortages. Whether it is in manufacturing or construction industry, elderly caring center, caretaker or housemaid, it is inevitable that foreign labor workforce serves a vital role in Taiwan’s labor market. In particular, the increase in number of Vietnamese migrant workers is fairly high in recent times, therefore, issues that related to them have always received considerable attention. One of the main issues that has been taken into account by both migrant workers and employer is the importance of Mandarin learning and at the same time, the difficulties of learning it. In the view of this, the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the challenges that migrant workers in Taipei City and New Taipei City district have to overcome in learning Mandarin, hence, propose an appropriate improvement plan. Furthermore, we conduct questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interview to gain a more in-depth understanding of migrant workers’ circumstances in learning Mandarin in Taipei City and New Taipei City area and to collect valuable feedback from Taiwanese employers and Mandarin learners at different proficiency levels. In addition, we design a set of ten practical intermediate Mandarin chapters; present two practical Mandarin lesson plans and implement trial teaching to meet migrant workers’ needs for communication in workplace and daily life. Lastly, we develop a suitable Mandarin learning plan and curriculum for Vietnamese migrant workers based on the results of our research and feedback from trial teaching.en_US
