dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to explore how to put teachers’ mindful leadershipinto practice through contact books when a junior high school teacher interacts withstudents with special needs. This study applies document analysis, interviews andobservations to analyze the teacher’s mindful leadership in improving the students’interpersonal communication, the abilities of learning and adaption, and a goodrelationship between the teacher and students. Then the study concludes the specificbehaviors to put teachers’ mindful leadership into practice.en_US
