| dc.description.abstract | 中國大陸在坐擁世界第一的2 兆美元外匯存底情況下，於2007 年成立第一個主權財富基金：中國投資有限責任公司（以下簡稱「中投」），此隨即受到國際間的高度矚目，一方面是因其規模高達2,000 億美元，在全球排名第六；另一方面是在全球金融風暴下，其卻積極向外投資而成為全球資金短缺下的救世主。而中投由於是國營企業，其任何經濟上的投資行為都被賦予政治意涵，因此其組織與運作模式，實有探究之必要。 | zh_tw |
