dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討臺北市選手游泳選手知覺教練領導行為。以研究者修定之「臺北市高中選手游泳選手知覺教練領導行為」為研究工具,以臺北市游泳選手為研究對象進行施測,計發出問卷220份,回收有效問卷198份,回收率90 %。所得資料以採用獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析進行統計分析,研究結論如下: 一、性別以高中游泳選手男性選手為主。二年級游泳選手的最多;泳齡7年以上的最多相處年數一年以上~未滿三年的最多;班級類別就讀體育班選手為主。最佳成績以全國賽前三名的最多。 二、在知覺教練領導行為之現況平均得分為中上程度,得分最高為「訓練和教學行為」次高為「民主行為」;其次為「關懷行為」;其次為「獎勵行為」;最低為「專制行為」。 三、不同性別在整體領導與分向度之「專制行為」及「獎勵行為」達顯著差異。 四、不同年級在臺北市高中游泳選手知覺教練領導各構面上,未達顯著水準。 五、不同泳齡臺北市高中游泳選手知覺教練領導行為在紛向度之「訓練和教學上達顯著水準,經雪費法事後檢定群體間的差異得知。 六、不同班級類別臺北市高中游泳選手知覺教練領導行為各分向度上,在「訓練和教學」達顯著水準,表示在訓練指導及民主行為上體育班選手皆高於普通班選手。 七、不同最佳成績在臺北市高中游泳選手知覺教練領導行為之分向度,唯有在「專制行為」上達顯著水準。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research aims to discuss the perceived coach leadership behavior among high school swimming team athletes in Taipei city. The main research tool is based on the self-editing research “The Leadership Behavior among high school swimming team representatives”. The research candidates are swimming athletes in Taipei city. 220 questionnaires have been sent and the repossess rate is 90%. The analysis methods are both independent sample T test and one-way ANOVA, the result of this research are as following: 1. The highest rate of each category is: Gender: Male Grade: senior Seniority: At least 7 years Class: Assigned PE class Achievement: Top 3 in national game 2. The average score of leadership behavior is middle towards high. “Training and Educate Behavior” got the highest score. “Caring Behavior” got second. The following is “Reward Behavior” and the lowest is “Autocratic Behavior”. 3. There are obvious differentiations of “Autocratic Behavior” and “Reward Behavior” in the category of “Gender” 4. It is not achieve average level in category of “Grade”. 5. It has achieved a great level in category of “Seniority”. 6. It has achieved a great level in category of “Class”, which also means the level of democratic behavior on specific PE class is higher than regular class. 7. It has achieved a great level in category of “Achievement”, but only in “Autocratic Behavior”en_US
