dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討國中音樂班學生之升學選擇與生涯發展,分析曾就讀國中音樂班的學生,於不同升學階段之升學選擇影響因素、生涯決定情形,並藉由調查其成年後的生涯發展包含職業現況、平時休閒活動等,探究當年國中音樂班之課程與活動對其目前生活型態之影響。本研究採問卷調查法,研究工具為自編「國中音樂班學生升學選擇及生涯發展」問卷,以2009年至2011年間曾就讀某國中音樂班之學生為研究對象,共有39份有效樣本,並以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後考驗等統計方式進行資料分析,所得之結論如下:一、 國中音樂班學生以個人因素為最主要之升學選擇影響因素二、 國中音樂班學生於高中升大學時的整體生涯決定程度較大三、 不同高中教育經歷之國中音樂班學生,在升學選擇影響因素及生涯方向選擇上有顯著差異。四、 國中音樂班學生成年後從事音樂專業工作、其他專業工作、取得研究所碩士或博士學位的人數比例約各佔三分之一,職務層級多為一般層級,薪資狀況以平均月收四萬元以下為主。五、 國中音樂班學生成年後平時從事音樂相關休閒活動的人數比例、頻率、消費支出等,皆高於其他藝術相關活動。六、 國中音樂班學生成年後認為當年國中音樂班的音樂資優課程及活動對目前生活型態的影響程度,以音樂專長個別課為最高、理論性質之團體課為最低。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to investigate the factors influencing educational choices and the career decision-making situations in different career developmental stages of musically-talented junior high students. This study also aimed to explore whether the past academic activities of musically-talented classes had impacts on students’ grown-up lifestyle with surveys of their present career states, leisure activities, etc.This research involved a self-edited questionnaire entitled “The survey of educational choice and career development of junior high students in musically-talented classes,” which collected data from 39 participants who used to study in musically-talented classes of a certain junior high during 2009-2011. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and Scheffé’s method. The main findings of this study were showed below:1. Personal factor was the main factor influencing educational choices of musically-talented students in junior high.2. Musically-talented students’ career decision-making degree was higher in high school educational stage.3. There was significant difference among different high school educational experiences in terms of factors influencing educational choices and career choices.4. Adulthood career states: About one third of the students were respectively engaged in music related career, other professions, getting master’s or doctor’s degrees. Most of their job levels were entry-level with average monthly incomes under NTD 40,000.5. Grown-up students were more willing to involve and spend money on music related leisure activities in comparison with other artistic leisure activities.6. Among the past academic activities of musically-talented classes, individual major courses affected students’ adulthood lifestyle most, while the theoretical ones affected least.en_US
