dc.description.abstract     The roles of the mentors are getting more and more important after the new teacher education was enforced in Taiwan. In order to improve the mentors' repertoire, there has been designed the mentor training programs for years in California. We should make reference to the California mentor training programs for designing the mentor training programs in Taiwan.en_US
