dc.description.abstract	本文主要是藉由當今國內資優教育現況的檢討，藉由融合教育的精神提出幫助學生潛能發展的方法—才能發展模式。本文分述當前資優教育的困境、融合教育與資優教育的結合；學校進行才能發展模式時需仔細規劃學校課程設計、班級教學、教師在職訓練、學校支援系統及社區資源關係等。透過相關理論的整理，提出學校的實際可行方法，盼能對資優學生有所幫助。	zh_tw
