Abstract
作者在附小從事數學資優教育30年,在教授群的指導下,第一次與兩位附幼綠班老師攜手合作,共同完成為期一年的學前數學優勢才能試辦方案。作者本著數學可以既有趣又好玩的理念,為幼兒設計六個有趣的數學探究活動,並在幼兒圍進行示範教學。綠班的兩位老師在此方案中,不但有機會全程參與觀課也有機會試教。這是一個師生雙贏的試辦方案,作者就個人理念的認識、行政的安排、教學主題與活動的設計、團隊的協助、方案的執行等幾個面向來加以介紹作者參與附幼試辦的歷程。最後作者分享個人的教學省思以及摘錯幼兒園老師參與試辦後的感言。
This article was based on the author's personal knowledge, concepts and experiences. As a professional educator with administrative assistance, the author wasable to organize and implement a variety of theme-based mathematics lessons and activities in a preschool setting. Finally, the author shared her personal reflections, along with a summary of the findings written jointly by the author and a group of educators who worked on the various projects.
