Abstract

跨國遠距華語視訊教學之海外合作及數位輔助視訊教材研發模式研究—美國高中華語教材之評估與遠距華語視訊數位教材之開發為中心 台灣華語研究成果或華語教材雖有厚實之學理基礎,但由於未能深入了解美國相關教材及教師 認證法規,因此尚未能在美國高中造成全面之影響力。本計畫透過與數州學區高中教育主管機關之密 切合作,不但可在此合作模式之基礎上,藉由教育主管機關之全程參與與協助,先了解目前美國高中 一般華語教材及視訊華語課程的實施狀況及教學成果。此外透過此一與美國中等教育主管機關之合作 模式,研發適合遠距視訊的數位華語輔助教學教材,以作為其他子計畫成員設計課堂活動及考核方式 之參考基準。透過美國正規中等教育主管機構之協助,在教材製作初期即可就教材規範與高中教育主 管機關取得共識,且可以隨時將其意見納入教材及活動之編寫內容。本計畫並探討如何製作視訊教材 與ACTFL 標準及合作數州之外語標準之對應關係說明表,不但可使美國正規高中將本計畫所研發之 視訊教學課程納入其正式課程體系中,且可以提昇國內華語教學研究及教師之國際視野。
A New Cooperation Model for International Online Mandarin Courses and Digital Supplementary Teaching Material Development Due to the lack of knowledge on the detailed educational standards for foreign languages, though the achievement of Mandarin language education is well-recognized in the international community, the teaching material developed and teachers trained in Taiwan have not been able to play crucial roles in the formal middle school Mandarin education system in the States. This research project attempts to build a new cooperative model with the superintendents of districts of various states in the United States. Through including their needs and feedbacks in the early stages of material development and teacher training, it is the goal of this project to create teaching material designed specifically for online instruction that meet the foreign language standards set by ACTFL and various states. Through this cooperative model, Mandarin educators and researchers in Taiwan will gain new insights on how to increase their influence in the global community.
