水泥地傳承— 東方工商男子排球隊發展回顧

Abstract

近年來國內排球運動的興起，其國際賽成績功不可沒，特別是2018年的雅加達亞運，睽違二十年奪得銅牌讓球迷們更為該項目之瘋狂。另大學端也因聯賽強度的提升進而增加觀眾們的熱情，優秀選手的培育來自於各級學校的努力與付出，其中最關鍵的培育層級為高中階段。研究者本身為東方工商畢業校友，因對該校決定停招感觸良多，希望能藉此研究還原東方工商排球隊發展歷程及探討停招成因。目的：本研究旨在呈現東方工商男排發展起源及各時期歷程，回顧東方工商男排對於排球運動之貢獻，並探究其停招之成因。方法透過文獻搜集法與實地訪談法來進行研究與分析，藉由多篇文獻的搜集、分析、歸納與研究，並汲取研究參與者的經驗歷程於當時實際參與之現身說法相佐，還原東方工商男排歷史背景環境與停招成因。

Taiwan is becoming a famous country for volleyball, and the results of the international games deserve all the credit. At the Jakarta Palembang 2018 Asian Games, men's volleyball won a bronze medal after a 20-year absence. The intensity of the University Volleyball League also increases the passion of the spectators. In addition to the efforts of each school team at different levels, the senior high school team training plays a vital role in helping us reach this level. Graduating from Dongfang High School of Industry and Commerce, the author has mixed feelings about the decision to cease recruiting volleyball players. Therefore, the author intends to examine in depth the evolution of Dongfang High School of Industry and Commerce and its reasons for ceasing to accept volleyball players. The thesis describes the origin, development, history, and contributions of the Dongfang High School men's volleyball team, as well as why they stopped recruiting volleyball players. The main methods of completing the thesis were "Document Analysis" and "On-site Interviews" with volleyball players. In this thesis, a variety of documents have been analyzed, incorporated, and analyzed. These documents include the experiences of volleyball players at the Dongfang High School of Industry and Commerce, who were the actual participants at the time. In this work, an effort is made to understand the team's development at each stage, including the reasons for why the team stopped recruiting new players.
