Abstract
本文從歷史演進的觀點來分析障礙模式的轉變與趨勢，除了說明及歸納分類系統的目的及重要性之外，主要探討醫學模式、社會模式與生物心理社會模式的發展原由及各模式之間轉變的原因，藉以了解不同障礙模式下其分類系統的哲學依據，並以當代生物心理社會分類模式為主的ICF分類系統，檢視我國應用的現況。
The purpose of this article was to analyze the trends and evolutions of models of disability. In addition to describing the importance and function of the classification systems, we attempted to explain the development and shift in the medical, social, and biopsychosocial models. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health, which was based on biopsychosocial model and applied to classification in Taiwan, was also discussed.
