Abstract
本研究目的在了解中風患者生活及休閒活動參與動機與參與情形及其效益的現況,並探討不同背景的患者其參與動機與參與情形及效益各會有否不同,及了解其參與動機與參與情形及其效益之間的相關性。本研究自桃園縣22家醫院復健科中選取基本日常生活功能輕度失能與功能獨立之中風患者共320人為研究對象,以「中風患者生活及休閒活動參與動機與參與情形及其效益調查問卷」為研究工具進行調查,共回收有效問卷297份,經統計分析結果發現:不同性別、年齡、患側是否慣用手及嚴重程度的患者之生活活動參與情形有顯著差異,患側是否為慣用手、不同年齡罹患中風至今、家庭經濟及嚴重程度的患者參與之休閒活動參與情形有顯著差異。不同年齡、嚴重程度的患者其參與動機及效益均有顯著差異,不同家庭經濟的患者其參與動機亦有顯著差異。而患者參與生活活動的頻率及時間與參與動機及效益各構面均有顯著正相關,參與之休閒活動的頻率及時間與心理、社交動機及心理、生理、社交效益有顯著正相關。參與動機和參與效益各構面之間均有顯著相關。
The purpose of this study was to explore the stroke patients’ participation motivation, participation and benefit of the daily-life and leisure activities. Additionally, it also discussed the differentiation and the inter-relationship among various backgrounds of the stroke patients pertaining to above-mentioned issues. The questionnaire entitled “The participation motivation, participation and benefit of the daily-life and leisure activities for stroke patients” was distributed to the 320 stroke patients who were selected from the patients of the rehabilitation sections of 22 hospitals in Tao-Yuan County, whose basic activities of daily living function were independent or mild impaired. There were 297 effective questionnaires received and analyzed. Results showed that there were significant differences in participation of daily-life activities under different genders, ages, affected side and severity. In addition, there were significant differences in participation of leisure activities were found under different affected side, duration from onset time, family economy and severity. Besides, there were significant differences in participation motivation and benefit under different ages and severity. Significant differences in participation motivation were found under diverse family economy. Moreover, the relationship among the frequencies, timeframes, participation motivation, and benefit of daily-life activities were positive correlative. There were also positive relation among the frequencies and timeframes of leisure activities with psychological and social motivation, psychology, physiology and social benefit. Furthermore, there was distinctive relation between participation motivation and benefit.
