Abstract

本文旨在探討偏遠地區國小校長跨校協作領導與工作滿意度之研究,研究採個案研究法,研究參與者為某偏遠地區國小實施跨校協作領導校群之四校校長。本研究之結論如下: 一、面對偏遠地區多重挑戰,校長們在共同問題意識下展開跨校協作領導 二、跨校協作領導落實共同願景、共享資源與支持環境,在跨校協作的推動過程中,促成偏鄉國小校長共築教育支持網絡 三、跨校協作領導普遍提升校長在工作中的滿意度
This study aims to explore the cross-school collaborative leadership and job satisfaction of elementary school principals in remote areas. A case study method was adopted, and the research participants were four principals from a cluster of remote elementary schools implementing cross-school collaborative leadership.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Facing multiple challenges in remote areas, the principals initiated cross-school collaborative leadership based on a shared understanding of common problems. 2.The implementation of cross-school collaborative leadership fostered a shared vision, shared resources, and a supportive environment. In the process of promoting this collaboration, it helped principals in remote elementary schools build a shared educational support network. 3.Cross-school collaborative leadership generally improved principals' job satisfaction.
