108課綱法治教育議題融入高中國文教學探究——以推薦選文為例

Abstract
本研究旨在探討《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要》(108課綱)所倡議之法治教育議題,如何透過議題融入策略有效結合於高中國文科推薦選文教學。以《108課綱》所列十五篇推薦選文為文本母群,運用文件分析法篩選具備法治教育潛能之篇章,並探討其文本詮釋與教學轉化的可能方向。研究結果顯示,僅有少數經典文本蘊含公義、責任、規範與協商等法治核心價值,若能透過精心設計的課程與引導提問,將有助於促進學生對法治精神的理解,並培養其公民素養與批判思維。本研究依據分析結果設計示例教案,作為高中國文教師實施議題融入與跨領域教學之參考,期望有助於落實《108課綱》核心素養,並提供推動公民教育的實務經驗。
This study investigates how the Law-Related Education topics advocated in the “Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education” (108 Curriculum) can be effectively integrated into senior high school Mandarin courses through issue integration strategies. Using the fifteen recommended texts in the curriculum guidelines as the source corpus, the study applies document analysis to select those with potential for Law-Related Education and examines their interpretation and possible pedagogical transformation. The findings reveal that only a few classical texts embody core rule-of-law values such as justice, responsibility, norms, and negotiation. When supported by well-designed lesson plans and guided questioning, these texts can enhance students’ understanding of the spirit of the rule of law, as well as foster civic literacy and critical thinking. Based on these findings, the study proposes sample lesson plans as a reference for high school Mandarin teachers in implementing issue integration and cross-disciplinary teaching, aiming to support the 108 Curriculum’s core competencies and contribute to practical civic education.
