dc.description.abstract羽球運動近年來在國際賽場上屢獲佳績,而國中是培養優秀選手承先啟後的重要階段,臺北市立中山國中成立已超過三十年,為我國羽球傳統強校,更是孕育頂尖國手的搖籃,其經營管理策略值得深究。研究目的:探討其經營管理策略的實質內涵內容與研析策進方向。實質內涵包含此校羽球代表隊之發展歷程、支援組織及培育模式;策進方向則是透過個案代表隊策略願景的釐清與SWOT分析之後,建構強化的策略。研究方法:採個案研究法,針對其運動代表隊相關人士進行半結構式訪談,並藉由參與觀察法及文獻分析法,將資料進行統整與歸納。研究結果:一、該代表隊透過設立體育班、引進專業教練與制度化訓練模式,建立穩固的培育基礎,並在學校願景「大器中山人」的引導下,實踐「全面發展」的核心理念,兼顧學業、術科與品德教育,成功翻轉社會對體育生的刻板印象。二、運用SWOT分析檢視其內外部環境,歸納出四項強化策略:SO策略強調善用單項專班與奧運光環打造品牌、精進教練專業與硬體設施;ST策略聚焦於以專班優勢因應激烈競爭,並平衡家長參與與支持;WO策略強調奧運母校形象與資源連結,強化外部合作關係;WT策略則提出提升選才標準與落實在地化經營。研究結果提供該代表隊未來經營管理策略的具體方向,亦可作為國中體育發展與基層選手培育之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractBadminton has achieved outstanding results on the international stage, and junior high school plays a crucial transitional role in nurturing elite athletes. Taipei Municipal Zhongshan Junior High School, established over 30 years ago, is a traditional powerhouse in Taiwanese badminton and a cradle for producing top national players. Its management strategies are therefore worthy of in-depth exploration. Research Purpose: This study aims to explore the substantive content of the management strategies and analyze the strategic development direction. The substantive content includes the development history of the school’s badminton team, its support systems, and training model. The strategic direction is constructed through clarifying the team’s strategic vision and conducting a SWOT analysis to formulate enhanced strategies. Research Method: This study adopts a case study approach, conducting semi-structured interviews with individuals related to the school’s sports team. Data were also collected through participant observation and document analysis, and then systematically organized and summarized. Research The team has established a solid foundation for athlete development through the establishment of a sports class, the recruitment of professional coaches, and the implementation of a structured training system. Guided by the school’s vision of"Zhongshan Students with Great Character," the team upholds the core philosophy of "comprehensive development," balancing academic achievement, athletic training, and character education. This has successfully reshaped societal stereotypes about student-athletes. 2. Through a SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment, four strategic enhancement approaches were identified: SO Strategy: Leverage the advantages of a specialized sports program and the prestige of being an Olympic alma mater to build the school’s brand, while continuing to improve coaching expertise and training facilities.ST Strategy: Utilize the strengths of the specialized program to cope with intense national competition and maintain a balance between parental involvement and support.WO Strategy: Leverage the school’s Olympic image to attract external resources and foster collaborative partnerships.WT Strategy: Raise talent selection standards and implement localized development strategies. These findings offer concrete directions for the future management strategies of the team and may serve as a valuable reference for junior high school sports development and grassroots athlete cultivation.en_US
