During the long period of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many international companies implemented many different kinds of policies to maintain organizational operations. This study aims to explore the flexible working arrangements that become one of the well-being policies to enhance employee job satisfaction to keep the talented employees in their organization, and the mediating role of work-life balance during the COVID-19 pandemic to discover whether employees should continue operating in the Greater China areas. As COVID-19 has not only affected our working model, but also some work-family conflicts causing psychological and mental health problems in the world. The past work from home or other new ways of working in the non-standard workplace was done really well in western countries, and many organizations have practical constants. By using quantitative research, we use questionnaires to send to target employees and collect data. This study gathered 282 valid respondent employees. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS and Mplus software. The results tested flexible working arrangements positively impact employee satisfaction. Satisfied employees consider how flexible work time and workplace are to be key variables to assist the organization’s profitability and productivity. Talented and experienced employees consider enjoying a work-life balance working environment when they’re planning their career pathway. According to the research results, we hoped that the importance of flexible working arrangements and the related significant factors assist the Strategic and human resources departments deploy policies.
