為飼養者設計寵物照護輔助APP之創作研究-以犬隻飼主為例

dc.description.abstract在社會高齡化與少子化,以及 COVID-19 疫情的影響下,加速了飼養潮的擴張。大多飼主期望提供毛孩精緻化的照護生活,加上科技逐步融入寵物市場,提供飼主比以往更為完善的飼養協助。動物的照護生活模式受到各國重視,寵物科技的未來指日可待。而Gartner在2023「十大戰略技術趨勢」報告中預估,至2027年,全球將有50%以上的人口將成為SUPER APP活躍用戶,整合型APP對於人們來說「具便利性」,而在研究中發現,大多寵物APP專注於單一功能,因此,本研究聚焦於「一體化的應用程式概念帶入寵物領域中」,提出UI/UX設計功能,為飼養者提供全面性的照護輔助APP。本研究以寵物犬飼主為核心對象,並根據應用程式UI/UX設計原則的相關文獻,進行現有寵物APP的案例分析,並藉由訪談寵物專家與犬隻飼主來分析照護犬隻的需求與問題點,統整出研究結果包含:「(1)個人化照護建議 (2)知識搜尋需求 (3)寵物服務資訊 (4)合適的寵物產品 (5)人與人間的合作與溝通」。本研究創作內容包含「共同照護者的溝通、日常照護與購物的合適性推薦、遊戲化方式提供愛犬相關知識訊息、給予多元活動、店家的資訊」等功能,提供犬隻飼主全方位的照護輔助APP,後續提供給寵物產品的設計人員作為參考,幫助每個養寵家庭在生活中選對方法來照顧愛犬。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractUnder the influences of an aging society, declining birth rates, and the COVID-19 pandemic, the surge in pet ownership has accelerated. Most pet owners aim to provide refined and high-quality care for their pets. With technology gradually integrating into the pet market, owners now receive more comprehensive support than ever before. The care and lifestyle models for animals have gained significant attention worldwide, and the future of pet technology is promising.According to Gartner’s 2023"Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends" report, it is predicted that by 2027, over 50% of the global population will become active users of Super Apps. Integrated apps are considered convenient for users. However, research shows that most pet apps focus on single functionalities. Therefore, this study centers on introducing the concept of an all-in-one application into the pet industry, proposing UI/UX design features to provide comprehensive care support for pet owners. This study focuses on dogowners as the core target group. Based on relevant literature on UI/UX design principles for applications, it conducts case analyses of existing pet apps. Additionally, through interviews with pet experts and dog owners, the study analyzes the needs and challenges related to dog care. The research findings are summarized into five main aspects: (1) personalized care recommendations, (2) knowledge search requirements, (3) pet service information, (4) suitable pet products, and (5) cooperation and communication among people.The content developed in this study includes features such as communication among co-caregivers, personalized recommendations for daily care and shopping, gamified delivery of dog-related knowledge, diverse activities, and information about pet stores. These functions aim to provide dog owners with a comprehensive care assistance app. The app is also intended to serve as a reference for pet product designers, helping every pet-owning family choose the right methods to care for their beloved dogs in daily life.en_US
