防災共用資料庫的發展

Abstract

台灣受到多種天然災害的威脅，各防災相關機構投入相當多資源以建立環境監 測、模擬與管理的多種資訊系統，減緩了災害的損失。然而近來因氣候變遷，災害規 模增加，複合型災害風險增加，需要有更有整合性的系統來因應未來的災害威脅。國 土資訊系統災害防救應用推廣分組成立防災平台，加速防災資料之共享、共用與加 值。目前已建立防災共用庫，除靜態圖資外，也介接各類防災即時資訊，供防災應用。

As Taiwan is faced with various types of natural disasters, disaster prevention agencies have used considerable resources to establish information systems for environmental monitoring, simulation and management to reduce impacts of those disasters. However, recent climate changes have caused larger scales of disasters and increased risk of multi-disasters, rendering it necessary to use more integrated system to cope with disasters. The Disaster Prevention Working Group under the National Geographic Information System has established a disaster prevention platform for sharing and utilization of information for disaster control management. In addition, the working group has set up an integrated database which contains static data and connects with many real-time data sources for disaster prevention.
