dc.description.abstract | 國家奧林匹克學院在各國扮演奧林匹克教育的重要推手。中華奧林匹克學院 (Chinese Taipei Olympic Academy, CTOA) 於臺灣推動奧林匹克教育長達四十年。然而,儘管CTOA長期以來之努力備受國際肯定,但其至今仍未擁有實體組織機構及場域。因此,本研究旨在以地方依附理論觀點瞭解臺灣奧林匹克教育發展現況,並探討國家奧林匹克學院對奧林匹克教育實踐之影響,進而分析國家奧林匹克學院實體組織架構和場域建構之必要性與方向。研究方法以半結構式訪談法為主,輔以文件分析法,針對六位奧林匹克相關組織成員進行資料蒐集。研究結果顯示:(一) 現今臺灣奧林匹克教育實踐現況雖已今非昔比,朝向各個年齡階段發展,但仍面臨著人力、資源及金錢不足的困境。(二) 中華奧林匹克學院因未有實體的組織人員編制和穩定的經費來源,導致無法完全發揮其原有功能。(三) 基於地方依附理論,CTOA屬實有建構實體組織架構及場域的必要性。此外,CTOA的實體組織架構和場域應依循國際奧林匹克委員會、國際奧林匹克學院及中華奧林匹克委員會的成立宗旨,並圍繞奧林匹克精神進行打造。本研究建議未來奧林匹克相關組織應致力於扎實奧林匹克教育推展基礎,且在建構CTOA實體組織架構與場域前應先制定適切合宜的發展計畫,以完善臺灣的奧林匹克教育之實踐。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Chinese Taipei Olympic Academy (CTOA) has been promoting Olympic education in Taiwan for over forty years. Despite its internationally recognized efforts, the CTOA still lacks physical organization and environment. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the status of Olympic education development in Taiwan and explore the necessity and direction for establishing a physical organization and environment for the National Olympic Academy. The research methods include semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The results reveal that: (1) While Olympic education practices in Taiwan have improved, challenges such as shortages of manpower, resources, and funding persist. (2) The lack of a physical organization and stable funding sources hampers the CTOA from fully realizing its potential functions. (3) From the perspective of place attachment, there is a clear necessity for the CTOA to establish a physical organization and environment. Additionally, the physical organization and environment of the CTOA should align with the founding principles of the International Olympic Committee, the International Olympic Academy, and the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee. This study suggests that relevant organizations should focus on laying a solid foundation for Olympic education promotion and develop an appropriate plan before constructing the physical organization and environment for the CTOA, thereby enhancing the practice of Olympic education in Taiwan. | en_US |
