金門SBL籃球員旅台發展現況之研究

Abstract

離島金門是個有戰地背景的地方，也擁有許多熱愛籃球的民眾，籃球可說是金門人的休閒活動。因此，本研究希望能透過旅台之金門籃球選手的心路歷程，探討出金門在台球員發展概況，內容包含文化差異、訓練比賽、讀書就業及生活適應等層面，讓未來有想要赴台打球的金門子弟能夠有一個好的個案參考資料。 本研究所採取的研究方法以深度訪談法為主，透過訪談來瞭解台灣籃球發展現況，與學生籃球之現象，並獲取相關資訊，並且透過文獻分析法，蒐集與本研究之相關文獻資料，加以分析與歸納。另外，亦配合研究者自身籃球參與經驗和本身對個案來進行觀察與分析，紀錄三位金門旅台籃球選手羅鈺群 (研究者)、張容軒、陳靖寰的相關奮鬥歷程與經驗。

根據蒐集的文獻資料與訪談內容，所得主要結論如下： 一、三位金門球員來台發展之背景及動機：三位金門球員來台發展的動機皆是喜愛籃球，懷著偉大的籃球夢想，希望能夠登上那神聖的HBL殿堂。 二、三位SBL金門籃球員之發展現況：目前三位球員皆有不錯的籃球表現，繼續在國內最高籃球殿堂-SBL打拼。 三、對於金門籃球生態的制度及未來規劃給予相關建議。

最後，根據研究結果，對離島球員打球與升學計畫、心理素質、生涯目標及經驗傳承提出具體的建議，以供日後相關研究之參考。

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the development of Kinmen players in Taiwan through the mentality of Kinmen basketball players, including cultural differences, training competitions, reading employment and life adaptation, so that the future want to play in Taiwan The children of Kinmen can have a good case reference. The research methods adopted in this study are mainly based on the depth of the interview, through interviews to understand the current situation of the development of basketball in Taiwan, and students of the phenomenon of basketball, and access to relevant information, and through literature analysis, to collect the relevant literature with the study, to Analysis and induction. In addition, the researchers also participated in the experience of their own basketball and their own cases to observe and analyze the case, record three Golden Gate Taiwan basketball players LO,YU-CHUN (researcher), JHANG,RONG-SYUAN, CHEN,JING-HUAN related struggle process and experience.

According to the collected literature and interviews, the main conclusions are as follows: First, three gold players to Taiwan development background and motivation: three Kinmen players to Taiwan's development are all love basketball, with a great basketball dream, hoping to board the sacred HBL hall. Second, the three SBL Golden Men Basketball player development status: the current three players have a good basketball performance, continue to be the highest in the domestic basketball hall -SBL hard work. Third, for the Kinmen basketball ecological system and future planning to give relevant recommendations.

Finally, according to the results of the study, the islanders play and study plans, psychological quality, career goals and experience to submit specific recommendations for future reference to the relevant research.
