Abstract
本研究採取質性研究中的敘說探究方法。以我為觀點描述一位業餘馬拉松跑者如何從「減重」為初心到挑戰人生馬拉松路跑賽事,從抗拒跑步、自我懷疑、欣然接受、沉溺其中、融於習慣、挑戰自我等轉換變化過程對於自我的描述。跑步已在我的生活中占有一席之地,對於我的人生價值觀、工作、家庭等帶來轉變的生活經驗,透過敘事故事發展之忠實呈現挑戰馬拉松過程中的流汗、艱苦、鬱悶、興奮、痠痛及滿足的過程,本研究以個人敘說為文本,輔以跑步練習歷程、心得紀錄和參加路跑比賽照片、完賽獎牌及證書為資料蒐集方式,期望能呈現我的生命故事。
The purpose of this study based on self-narrative approach and written as a novel, was how I disliked jogging then after the practice and training I was addicted in challenging my first running race. Jogging changes my perspective of view and brings my whole new life. My research was from my personal running experience, my running diary, the short race and till challenging my first marathon race. As a family man how I face the barriers for example:the family taking care and time of practice and how I conquer the troubles. Conclude into four sections:(1)Impulse、(2)Enjoy the training loneliness、(3)The Stories of attending the racing and (4)Running brings my whole new life.
