Abstract
本研究目的為探討COVID-19壓力源與離職傾向的關係,工作不安全感的中介效果以及有意義的工作之調節效果。本研究採問卷調查法,並以兩階段發放電子問卷,間隔三週後總計回收147份有效問卷。研究結果顯示:COVID-19壓力源與離職傾向的關係具有正向關係、工作不安全感與離職傾向具有正向關係、工作不安全感在COVID-19壓力源與離職傾向的關係具中介效果,有意義的工作在工作不安全感與離職傾向的關係並無調節效果,並提出相應的結論與建議,供學術及實務界參考。
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between COVID-19 Stressors and turnover intention, and to understand the mediating effect of job insecurity in this relationship and the moderating effect of meaningful work in this relationship.In this research, the questionnaire survey method was adopted, and electronic questionnaires were distributed in two stages. A total of 147 valid questionnaires were collected after an interval of three weeks. The research results show that the relationship between COVID-19 stressors and turnover intention has a positive relationship, job insecurity has a positive relationship with turnover intention, and job insecurity is a mediator in the relationship between COVID-19 stressors and turnover intention Effect, meaningful work has no moderating effect on the relationship between COVID-19 stressors and turnover intention. Finally, the corresponding conclusions and suggestions are put forward for the reference of academic and practical reference.
